This notice explains what information the Glamories Photobooth website (glamoriesphotobooth.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions? Send us a message through the inquiry form or call 832-287-1944.
Information you send us
When you use the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, event type, event date, event location and message. We use this information to reply to you, answer questions and plan or quote your event. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
The form is delivered to our business email by SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. SMTP2GO's privacy policy says it keeps email headers for 35 days and may keep a small sample of messages for 35 days.
To limit spam, our server keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and the times of your submissions for one hour.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. It records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how you arrived, scrolling, clicks on links that leave our site, clicks on our phone number, and when an inquiry is sent successfully. For inquiries we record only that one was sent and the event type you chose, never your name, contact details, event location or message. Google signals, advertising features and user-provided data collection are turned off.
Google Analytics sets two cookies on our domain: _ga and _ga_PE0ME3LYK7. They distinguish visitors and keep track of visits, and by default last up to two years, though some browsers shorten this. Our Google Analytics settings keep event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; summary reports are not affected by these settings. These are the only cookies this website sets. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally without them. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals; the opt-out options above are the way to stop analytics.
Google reviews and Google Maps content
The reviews section shows reviews from Google Maps. Our server fetches the review text from Google, but reviewers' profile pictures load directly from Google's servers when you reach that section, and the review links open Google Maps. This site includes Google Maps features and content; your use of them is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Other content from third parties
Some parts of the page load directly from other companies, which receive your IP address and browser information when they do:
- Fonts from Google Fonts, which Google says sets no cookies.
- The background video at the top of the home page, from Pexels.
- One illustration photo, from Unsplash.
Links to our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages connect you to those services only if you click them.
Website hosting
Like most websites, our web server records standard request details, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, which we use for security and troubleshooting.
